the perks of working late
today, i had to stay late for work. acuvue would be doing a sampling in our company and they want to make sure there would be a lot of agents so they want to come in at night. well yeah, that's all good, but i'm the contact person and that means i have to stay late to make sure everything is in order. and of course, it doesn't. nothing really bad, but of course, i was thinking of leaving the office by 10.30, but i ended up leaving at 12.30. pakshet! anyway, i would've been totally pissed if it weren't for the fact that a couple of the guys who went there for the sampling were cute. the other one was a bit touchy feely but not in the sexual way. i'm not sure if straight guys really are that or maybe because he's part of marketing and he's just being, erm, extra friendly, pero lang, ah, you're too short. i'm short na nga, eh, and you're stil shorter. cute, though. hehe! found out that he's a half-breed. or a mongrel of some kind since his last name sounds german (at least to me). hehe! too bad i wasn't in flirting mode. felt really ugly today. at least my clothes look decent. naku, tuloy, i was extra helpful. as in. good thing i had them all to myself. sort of. haha! i have no life.

anyone who wants to listen to music should try out last.fm. you have to download some stuff, but it's worth it. very clear sounds and you just key in your favourite bands, and it would play songs by bands that you may or may not like. so far i'm liking it a lot. they played this version of what are you waiting for? by gwen stefani, and it's pure instrumental and it's a bit jazzy/bluesy (sorry, i'm not much of a music afficionado to know the difference). yeah, this are the bands i searched for:
Aqua, Bloc Party, Blur, Britney Spears, Daft Punk, Franz Ferdinand, Garbage, Keane, Kylie Minogue, Madonna, Spice Girls, The All-American Rejects, The Killers, Travis, U2, Yeah Yeah Yeahs
haha! don't laugh at my selection. i'm just ghey and pretentious (did i spell that right?) whatever. i'm going to search for other bands/artists pa. right now, i just don't want to make an effort, yet. hehe! :o) anyway, try it out. it's not too big. about 3mb in total. and it's easy to use.
