since germany is out of the running, i really want portugal to win. too bad, france is in the way. but that's okay. if it's true that zidane is retiring, then this might be a dissappointing world cup for him. if andre agassi didn't get his wimbledon as a retirement gift, so will zidane. grr! and he doesn't need to reach the finals for something he won't get anyway. hehe! but what do i know. i did say that the money is on germany (but i am not alone on this one), so i would most prolly be wrong. i did want agassi to get the wimbledon, chucki the french open, and now cristiano the world cup. so yeah. portugal is going to lose. :o(

anyway, since my parents just came from italy, they're all hyped up at the possibility of italy winning. i wonder if the german pope is a fan of the world cup. hrmm...
