I was starting to think that maybe a high school biology teacher was doing it for a display model, but they usually buy those, or use those special bone-cleaning beetles, or boil it until the flesh and cartilage just falls off. Still... O.O

Sulfuric acid works, too. And there are no teachers on my parents' block. It's redneck doing, all the way. But, yes. I understand. That's why I took the pictures and then shared them.
Of course, now that I think about it...I suppose it could have been a sacrifice and someone was trying to summon a demon. My mom probably showed up, not knowing why she felt the urge to be there, and scared everyone away. Heh heh heh...
