Phil needs to up his fitness level, if only to assist with his mind (which he feels is slowly, of late.)
Thusly his workout routine is being updated. Additionally I'll be returning to martial arts and going back to my sword fighting routine.
I'm currently (at six foot tall): 195 lbs.
I am aiming to maintain that weight and add muscle. Wish me luck!
