HA! Ok, History Channel... we have a problem.
When your geeky looking fool of a psychiatrist claims that he's going to "Look to see if Alexander the Great was a military genius" - well, that shows to any real historian that perhaps you don't know what you're doing...

I have to confess to being an uncultured thud. No idea it was da-rye-us. (BTW, emphasis on middle syllable?)

Word. I also did not know that.

But me and the history channel got a divorce. I took up with National Geographic and I haven't looked back.

I saw that. You're much better off with NatGeo, IMO. You & History wanted different things from one another. You wanted actual historical-type shows, it wanted you to STFU & go with its somewhat shoddy programming. It wasn't meant to be.

And Phil gets to keep Alexander, as he clearly appreciates him more than most. =D

Someone once talked me out of buying the movie Alexander. I suspect it was Phil, to keep AtG all to himself.

Ah, a gorgeously filmed study of homoerotic lust. No wait, that was Troy. My Bad. Maybe it was just a terrible movie? I dunno, I haven't actually seen it.

I also did not see Troy. That didn't have Alexander the Great in it though...

You should see it! Manly men. Pretty manly men. With swords. No gods, though, which was disappointing.

The first time I watched Troy, it was from a bootlegged Chinese copy. "A gorgeously filmed study of homoerotic lust" was one of the "reviews" on the cover. No joke.

There are few things awesomer than that icon. That list includes the holder of that icon (IE: you) and my icon.

I do love that icon.

It's one of the best things the internet has to offer.

You also know that it comes in T-Shirt form, so you can irritate Twihards IRL, right?
