Ya know...
The fact that I can buy smoked salmon at my grocer for $3.00 along with enough bread ($1.50) to make two meals of that amazing jewel of the sea fills me with such joy you have no idea. Plus the fact that I watch House while eating it and snicker at the terrible things that happen while I'm enjoying my food... well, that makes me happy.
