Today a nice big package arrived for me from two people I've never met, yet consider extremely close friends - oh thank you, internet, for that. I haven't opened it all, because I'm enjoying all the neat little surprises...but I got real scotch, real scotch glasses and a ton of other neat things

I'm so glad it got to you. I can't believe how long it sat in our house waiting to get sent, but it was long enough for the shortbread to disappear. :P I guess I'll have to make more and send another package, eh? You are a loved and valued friend to both of us, and I agree with you. I'm so thankful that all the bad times are over and we have all grown up. Merry belated Christmas, since I know you're celebrating today.
