Hey people!
I hope everyone had an awesome Valentines Day! :D
I sat at home and watched moves ^-^*
But on Saturday Zoe and I went to see the Wolfman and boy it was AWESOME!!!!!!!
I loved it so bad! ♥
I think this Sunday Chad, Zoe and I are gonna go see Percy Jackson in goldclass (coz we got free tickets) so that shall be fun.
And next month its Clash of the Titant *drools over Sam worthington* and Alice in Wonderland *drools over Johnny Depp*
Cant wait!
Verra Verra busy at the moment. Writing the script for the scohol production, homework, writing, tiresome chores and now I'm sick :( I dont know what it is. But its annoying. I shouldnt be missing days of school! BAD!
I have *Fiiiinally* got a bit of writing done that I am happy with :D
And this is some of it ♥
Shard sipped her hot chocolate and watched the rain drip down the glass panes. The café, small and dim, was as cold as jail cell. The lights were a pale blue, tossing cruel shadows over the tabletops and dark walls.
A man huddled behind his newspaper.
Thunder rumbled, much like a discontent cat, through the city and a flash of electric lightening brightened the street outside. Shard could make out hurried figures, cars, and the silhouette of towering buildings. Everything beyond the window panes was a fast paced blur of movement. She felt like she was sitting still as the world rushed her by.
Another sip of her hot drink and the thick smell of cinnamen filled her nose. A nice smell. A smell that did not seem to fit with the macabre manner of the café and the cold feeling that had begun to grow large and hairy in her belly.
“Fear.” She muttered into her cup, and the man behind the newspaper began to shake. Shard gave him a glance, watched his newspaper quiver, watched the thin coils of steam rise from his coffe cup. He knew fear.
Melbourne, a city of dying hopes and the old reek of pain and resentmen, was at times chaotic and at others deserted. It was a place unlike any other. Shard hated it. But the city was a good place to get lost, and stay lost. And that was exactly what she wanted to be.
Soooo thats it!
And I am very annoyed, because I am a really bad speller and for some reason my laptop has decided that it doesnt want spellcheck anymore D:
But it makes me pay more attention to what I'm writing I guess. *blows raspberry*
OH! And in my story, Melbourne is portrayed verra verra badly, its not a bad city, I'm just a country bumpkin and I get claustraphobic preeetty easily. :P
Thanks for reading!
Have an awesome week♥
