"They're doing fantastic, actually. My dad and I occasionally check on them. I mean, being the farthest away from everyone? Yeah it gets realllll lonely for us."
Oh! Welllllll I'm not sure, but I was told that during the Bolshevik Revolution and World War 1, Russia asked my dad if he could give his immigrating children a home, and since they've been coming here, I've learned Russian.
{He nods, catching some of what Noah said. However, he speaks in a low tone.}
I never express my thanks to anyone...but...thank you for allowing our people to stay with the both of you. Oktyabr'skaya revolyutsiya was a terrible time...for Mother and all my siblings.
Looking about the room at the artwork; the Russian capital says nothing for a long moment. Maybe he's thinking about what to say next; maybe he's ignoring Noah again. Lord knows what he's thinking really.
"Maybe it is because you both are annoying?" Most logical answer in Moscow's book.
"I am very sure there are many other states far from the capital too. Does he not ignore them as well?" He steps a little closer to Noah. "But then again, their are many of you running around; he can't keep his attention on all of you. Or maybe it's something I shouldn't put my nose in, da?"

"Isn't it cool the way our artists want to break down the stereotypes? I mean, considering how tender the US-Russia relations are as of now..."

Так так или иначе, я надеюсь, что Вы не возражаете, если Вы приехали и посетили мой фестиваль, если Вы имеете время.
(ooc: So anyway, I hope you don't mind if you came and visited my festival if you have the time.)

I would visit, I don't have anything else to do. They are all very wonderful though...I suppose.
[ooc: *I understand the English; I was just ignoring you.]

Oh that's great...I wouldn't mind if Ivan came too...I mean, other than Alaska...my dad and I are close to you too.

Is Alaska doing okay, now that they are with America? {Yep, Dimitri kinda sucks at this small talk thing.}

Your Russian is good, American, who taught you? If I haven't just been meeting you, I would have thought you were a native.

"We're always happy to receive everyone who comes here! Even if Alfred doesn't like it."
He lowers his voice.
"Between you and me, my dad and I have always been rebellious little bastards. Why do you think we live far from the capital?"
