what happens when you make dough for cinammon rolls, only you knead fresh baby sage into the dough, roll it out and spread your own herb-onion-and-garlic sauce [made with an enormous heirloom tomato] on it, cover the sauce with blanched broccoli florets and chopped red kale, then roll it up, cut it into thick slices and bake?

fat veggie pinwheel rolls, thats what. fucking hell they were good but probably not the healthiest thing to eat.
