Scallops and shrimp marinated with lime, marsala, vinegar, and jalapenos, lightly sauteed with red bell and pasilla peppers, fresh mango, spinach, and mango-chili vinegarette, served with a glass of white zinfandel left over from the wedding I attended last weekend. I like how this summer is going.
