Went out again tonight, after about two weeks of not getting my butt into gear. More or less the same distance as last time -- around 2.75 mi -- and it went well, slow but steady pace and only stopped at red lights. I want to get some kind of pedometer, something that can track distance and average speed maybe. I don't know that I've quite hit a runner's high yet, but I noticed that around 2 miles in, even though I was feeling a little tired, I also started speeding up. I'm definitely notching the distance up next time I go out -- at the very least, I want to break the three-mile mark.
