I had to get up extra-early this morning to finish a midterm and an assignment by noon, and more or less my first act was getting out of bed and slamming my thigh into the footboard. Hard.

Somedays I think I need a warning label on the inside of my eyelids that reads "Do not operate own body while drowsy."

Hard to see them without light, though. Also when your eyes are open.
