No, sorry. Naming a multi-metropolitan organization after a comic-book vigilante's accessories is awesome in theory, but in practice, I think the implications leave me at "appalled."
(I tried to find an organizational website and couldn't, but if you Google the full name, it pops up in a bunch of government sites and documents. It's totally legit and yes, that's the official acronym.)
