2012 roundup.
I've been struggling to do a write up on this year, because for me it has largely been a disappointment to me.
However today I went to the store in search of goodies for New Years eve. I went to the store in search of something sweet and decadent, and walked out with a bag of veggies*. I may not be going to some posh party (or even a party at all), but I have a good movie to watch, a blanket to curl up under, and a cup of hot chocolate.
In the end that really sums up my year best. I took a lot of crap I had in my life, and got rid of it. I don't miss it, or need it anymore.
*Admittedly I also bought a bag of chips to munch on, and Mum sent me home with a very small tupperware of leftover Christmas baking. They will both last me a while. I really don't eat that stuff often.
