WOO! What are the PHB base classes now?

Cleric, fighter, paladin, ranger, rogue, warlord, warlock and wizard.

Warlords are like martial clerics. They are bards that don't suck. Commanders of the battlefield, and can heal and have neat abilities that let others attack when they attack. Warlocks are just weird. They choose pacts and blast off crazy energies.

The races are Dragonborn, dwarf, eladrin (grey elves, really), elves, half elves, halflings, humans, and tieflings.

Everyone gets a shit load of powers so it's not "attack and damage".

Whoa, Paladins no longer require Lawful Good alignment? WTF?

No, they're more like 1st edition paladins. You can be a divine champion of any catagory. Oh yeah, alignments are only Lawful Good, Good, Unaligned, Evil and Chaotic evil now. It's a super balanced system now.

Well that clears things up!

Evil = Evil that spares the innocent if it can be helped.
Chaotic Evil = Evil that just don't give a fuck.

Pretty much, yeah. Elves are all crazy now. They are very barbaric in comparison to the other additions. But my favorite part? Warhammers actually do good damage!

Heck yes. Daggers look to be viable under the new system, with the new "accurate weapon" rules.

Thy very much are. You get a +3 proficiency bonus with them, and there are tons of feats/powers that work with them. They only do d4 damage, as always. When I run a game, would you be interested?

I'd love to give it a shot again. Just let me know when and I will let you know.
