Idea I Have...
Okay, so the other day, I beat Marvel: Ultimate Alliance (which, by the way, is a fuckin' sweet game) and I came up with an online parody game of sorts called Threaders: Ultimate Alliance. Basically, it would be setup almost like an online "Choose Your Own Adventure" story (example: if [insert character name] is on your team, click here and if not, click here). If anyone is interested, here's what you gotta do:
-Give your character's name (along with the username of whatever site you are from so that I can put two and two together).
-Describe what your character looks like.
-Give a biography of how he/she came to be
-Name and describe 2 extra damaging attacks (as opposed to a simple punch or kick melee attack) unique to character's powers & history.
-Name and describe an Xtreme attack unique to character's powers & history. This attack will usually wipe out all enemies in sight (except bosses)
-Rate your character's overall stats of strength, speed & durability on a scale of 1-5.
-Name and describe a sworn enemy for your character on how they became enemies. Give a description of what enemy looks like and what their powers are as well.
-Name and describe a few friends (either completely made up or friends from other threads and sites) that you would like to have in this story. Give overall stats if you want them to be playable. If no stats are given, they will be characters that you can walk around and talk to at save points.
-Name the top 5 websites you would want to go to war for. The top 5 with the most votes will get the win. Please give details on what the site is for and like, for not everyone may be familiar with it.
I'll go first.
CHARACTER NAME: Kevy Mac (from Dan's JP3 Page)
DESCRIPTION: Has a scar down the right side of his face, causing him to be blind in his right eye. Wears a ragged, sleeveless PanterA shirt with a Disturbed choker and black jeans. His arms are also tied in chains that can be used as weapons.
BIO: Kevy Mac is your typical case of fighting due to a broken heart. A while back, he was in love with a woman by the name of Krista Lachman. However, a tragedy cut her life short as well as any future they may have had together. Anguished, Kevy Mac then turned to necromancy to try and communicate with her one last time to say goodbye the way he should have. However, the plan backfired and he was sucked into Hell for tampering with the laws of life and death. There, he was binded in chains and tortured by demons and angry spirits. After months of torture, he managed to escape back into reality, but with his sanity damaged and seeing what was in store for him, he vowed to avenge people that have been wronged so they won't have to go through the same torture he did.
SUPER ATTACK 1: Chain Cyclone: Kevy Mac extends his arms straight out and spins in a complete 360, damaging every enemy within range. Usually hits the same enemy twice.
SUPER ATTACK 2: Linked Headbutt: Kevy Mac throws hooked end of chains at enemy and yanks them towards him. As they soar through the air at him, Kevy Mac lowers his head and charges, resulting in the enemy in question to be temporarily dazed. NOTE: Does not work on bosses. Bosses will recieve damage from chains hooking in, but will not be yanked back or dazed.
XTREME ATTACK: Tortured Soul: Gysers of fire will shoot out of the ground beneath every enemy in sight as Kevy Mac does an accelerated version of the Chain Cyclone attack (with 8 hits with chains instead of 2), causing further damage to enemies in range. Also increases strength, speed and durability for entire team for a limited time.
OVERALL STATS: Strength - 3, Speed - 3, Durability - 4
SWORN ENEMY: Justin Everrett.
S.E. DESCRIPTION: Wears a large brown trenchcoat to cover a torso covered with scars and tattoos. Wears green Khakis with military issued boots.
S.E. BIO: Justin and Kevy used to go to school together and had their differences even then. A few fights and bloodshed later, Justin was expelled from his school. Justin then discovered that he could manipulate people's thoughts and actions, provided that they were innocent enough. Justin then met Krista at his job and as soon as he found out who she was dating, he instantly went to work on her and he convinced her to dump Kevy Mac and date him. Not satisfied with Mac's broken heart, Justin went a step further and murdered Krista. Justin is still unsatisfied with the fact that Kevy Mac is now a tortured soul and will stop at nothing until his childhood nemesis is dead, and he knows Kevy Mac thinks the same of him.
ALLIES: GUS: One of Mac's oldest friends, Gus is a technical genius that can provide the team with new weaponry and directions on how to thwart their foes.
SITES: Dan's JP3 Page: A news/fan/message board site for fans of the Jurassic Park films.
Live Journal: Basically an online diary for people to post different blogs about daily events.
Ozzfest.com: The official website of the largest running tour (not to mention the greatest) in North America.
Arrow In The Head: One of the coolest horror news sites ever to be created. An affiliate of Joblo.com.
Joblo.com: Big Brother site of Arrow In The Head, Joblo is a movie news site that, in all honesty, hasn't let me down yet, unlike Dark Horizons.
