Going back into the Marines
My Cousin Clay, who some of you may remember me talking about a few years ago (think, Star Wars battle in Falluja), is going back into the Marines after they asked him the other week. He's still in college attending Cal State Fullerton with about a 1 1/2 years til he gets his business degree. But I think he's bored and is looking forward to going back instead. Probably didn't hurt that the job market sucks so bad at the moment.
From my conversation with him this past weekend, there apparently are a ton of former soldiers asking to be let in but since the training camps are filled to capacity they aren't taking any. They only ask those with specific skills to come back.
As to what role he will be filling remains to be seen. It most likely will not be file clerk.
