The Welcome Post;
Hi everyone, welcome to THE DIABOLICAL, an LJ fan community for the TRESE comic series written by Budjette Tan and illustrated by Kajo Baldisimo.
We actually used to be hosted over at welovetrese, but that place never quite took, so after discussing it with some friends and giving it some thought (and getting all hyped up about it to boot), we've decided to move house here: to the_diab0lical.
Why The Diabolical? It seemed apt. In the series, The Diabolical is the club/cafe that Alexandra Trese owns, which Hank the Bartender runs, and where people come to sit down gawk at the prime eye-candy that are the Kambal and trade stories.
While we don't have a Hank, and while the internet doesn't allow for us to distribute of the finest barako in town, we can offer you a place to drop by and talk to other fans. As for the eye-candy... /shifty look to left and right/ I'm sure we can dig up some fan art... or something like that. ;D
We're starting small and starting fresh, but the other mods and myself do genuinely hope that this community thrives and grows. So anyway -- stay shiny and don't do anything the Kambal would~
