Okay this is a super-fast entry just to fill you in on how I am!
Work is hard - have gone full-time and am in charge of the blinds department now. This is extremely fucking difficult, though you may not believe it. And one customer finally managed to make me, and even my section manager, cry 2 weeks ago because she was THE VILEST WOMAN ON THE PLANET. And she used to work in John Lewis on our department. Go figure. Bitch. *shakes anger aside* I am loving it though, the staff are so hilarious and I will be so sad to leave them next year. Ty is as gay as the day is long, and I love how he flaps his hands and talks about nail varnish colours and Elizabeth Arden skincare products with me!
UCAS going very well - I have interviews at all the places I applied to - Liverpool is next week, Sheffield the week after, and Leeds the week after that (why are they always one after another??) Am shit-scared as two of them involve group-interviews and entrance tests/presentations etc. Unfortunately I am only in L'pool for a few hours with my mum and then have to go striaght home cos I have work the next morning so I won't really have a chance to catch up with anyone I'm afraid. Paul also has an offer from Derby (less than a week after sending off his form, which must be some kind of record) and an interview at LIPA (hooray! LIPA for teh win!!) in January.
I am missing my flatmates like hell - I am ashamed to say I started crying the other day when I was looking at photos and started laughing at all our crazy antics in the flat. I miss even cooking tea together and watching anime, running into each others rooms with gossip, and complaining about neighbours and uni work. It was great to see Cate when she came up, it felt so normal to have her here with me! (And ZOMG Sam West = crazy fit) I didn't realise just how much I had missed her till I got to hug her again. But I haven't seen Laura and Becs since July and I NEED THEM! *cries* I love you guys!
So yes, that is a fast update of how I am doing. Are you all ok?
