a little update.
i have been in san diego for a month and i haven't updated in over a month. easily. it'd be an understatement if i said a lot of things have happened. i have moved to a COMPLETELY new environment and have made new friends and have started attending my university. first off i can't go on without saying that i miss my friends from back home immensely. SO MUCH. and i'm glad a few of them are coming down in a couple of weekends for my 21st (!!!) birthday. it should be a load of good times.
san diego is a sweet place. the weather is awesome, apparenly it rained last night though but i hear it's way worse in the bay area...sorry if my syntax is off, i'm slightly drunk still. i live relatively close to campus. about a mile and the people i've met here have been nothing but awesome and i can't wait to see how those relationships pan out. another big thing is i signed a bid for a house down here, sigma chi. it's a top house which even i am surprised i got into and i'm truly having a great great time even though it's only been a few days. these past few days have just been parties at the house with various sororities, and since it's a top house we easily have over 200 people each night which is beyond what i've ever experienced before. tomorrow is actually our preferential with Alpha Phi which should be an amazing time since we pregame...pregame at the house...pregame on the party bus...then drink at the hotel...then drink back at the house. i'm really sorry if that sounds gross to you but trust me it's gonna be ridiculous. i had to buy fancy clothes today which isn't really my style, at all! but they look good so i can't wait to show them off. yea, sorry that's so much about the fraternity but that's been my whole train of thought for the past three days or so...
...but hey. i am super stoked about the possiblitly of coming home thanksgiving and going to santa barbara on halloween so i hope i see a bunch of people there. both of those should be a good time...okay yea, i guess that's it for now. later.
