Recap of last night's game in Whitby:
- score: 2-2, third tie in a row.
- one or two fist fights, one involving a goalie blocker
- three one-game suspensions
- two 10-minute misconducts
- several 2-minute minors
- one five-minute minor
It's not hockey when you take offense at every little thing. And it's lousy reffing when the person who got hit first (Steph) gets thrown out of the game and the goalie who started the fight (with a blocker, which is illegal) gets two minutes. I hate biased reffing and hot-headed players. It's such a waste of time, and it lacks class. SO we've got our captain and one of the two assistants suspended. Saturday wil be interesting.
