Episode 4x6 & Confidential
Since I know people who hate spoilers hate even little spoilers, I'm putting everything under the cut. But honestly, it's not very spoilery unless you've been in a sensory deprivation tank.
The Doctor's Daughter and the Doctor's daughter's dad:
Davison fans will want to watch the Confidential. I went looking for it, certain they'd interview Peter Davison, and they did not disappoint. PD is obviously thrilled his daughter has a role on Doctor Who. It's very cute. As I was watching the episode, I was struck by how much Georgia is like Peter. There's a look of him in the bones of her face, especially around her eyes, which I think are the same color. There's also a touch of him in her performance, especially when the character is in a temper.
Some make think it's over-cute to cast a Doctor's daughter as the Doctor's daughter, but I think it's simply too delightful that Georgia is available and suitable for the role.
