Just a quick update to my current life issues.

I lost my job over the water being turned off. This is the second one I've lost over this issue in just over a year. I really don't know what I'm going to do.

Apparently my landlord (and occasional neighbor) is in the hospital with Pneumonia. Add to this the constant stream of sketchy tail he has going in and out next door, and I ended up calling the cops last night. Today has been one of the worst days I've had to endure for quite a while. Work was horrible. M scolded me for doing something the way she told me to do it and not in the manner she keeps in her head. Well, I have a short term temp assignment starting on Monday. It's only four weeks and the hours totally suck but it's money and we are really desperate for it so I can suffer through this crap for a month in order that we will continue to be able to pay our bills for a while longer. Well, work is really hopping again. I finally finished the Use Tax forms for all of our states. That was kind of scary. There's not a lot of instruction to go on for each state's website so I had to print the forms from last month & work my way through it. Still, I'm glad to have the experience.

So, last night we went to see the preview of "Ghost Town" and it was great. It was very funny, tenderly sweet, slightly crude and very enjoyable all the way around.
