(no subject)
Well, I have another interview with a temp agency. It's the same one I interviewed with last week but apparently the company (Express Personnel) "isn't allowed to share ANY information amongst any of their offices" even if they're in the same city. This means I have to spend two + hours taking the same tests and crap that I did last week. It's total bullshit and needless to say, makes me less than confident in any of their abilities. Still, it's something and so far even though everyone has promised me the moon and then just totally blown me off. Wow! thanks everyone for making me feel like such a whore. I really appreciate that so much.
In other news of how fucked up my life is, last night beldar broke off our house key in the lock. He's currently disassembled it and has taken it to the locksmith to see if they can retrieve the broken part and we can get it to work again (plus, we'll need a new key as well). This is just the sort of shit I'm dealing with on a daily level. It's really frustrating.
On the lighter side, I was tracted yesterday at the grocery store. Sadly, it wasn't a Chick Tract but still, it was interesting to find. I really enjoy finding these little tufts of propaganda throughout the world. I do thank whomever deposited it there and I will be recycling it in our church bin so that it can in some way support a positive religious outlook.
I am also very happy that the Blackhawks finally got their shit together on the road and won the Stanley cup. If my Penguins couldn't have it, I"m glad that they did. I just wish I could be there for the parade.
