The dream shatters
Well, I knew it would happen sooner or later but I had hoped it wouldn't happen at all. Anyway, my new job is getting horrible.
I have dealt with my "partner's" attempts to submarine me but today was the final straw. I asked her to not speak to me in a condescending manner and I was told by the supervisor that I am expected to take her abuse and not complain. Oh well, at least I can prove she's doing the project incorrectly and gonna cost the company hundreds of thousands of dollars because of it. I proved it to a point today and she got away with double-talking her way out of it. Al least I know now that I get to keep track of everything and will be able to prove her misdeeds.
I told the receptionist about what happened and she said that she had been through the same thing. She was supposed to be doing AP but she got thrown out of the room. I now understand why they have such a huge turnover in that department.
Oh well, if I can't get a different position in the company, Kelly said they'd be able to get me another job lined up before this one ends. Hurrah!
