(no subject)
Well, I'm still not sure exactly what's going on with my "job". I may or may not have an assignment. I've been given a location assignment but that was for a first year (which I am not) so I may not actually get to stay there. I don't know when my training is (they expected me to show up on the 26th but I will be out of town that day). I have no idea what my work schedule will be (if I have one at all). I did get a call yesterday letting me know that they still don't have a contract for me and have no idea when I will have one. Yep, the company just keep instilling so much quality and confidence in me with every passing day.
In other news, we're planning to head down to the family homestead on Monday and return on Saturday. That gives us four days with the nieces & nephew to make a lasting impression and really enjoy spending time with them. That might even give us the chance to see some of our friends from the area as well.
Not too much else going on. I've been spending some fun times lately doing Christmas shopping with veronica_rich. That's been really wonderful.
