I had a very busy weekend. Friday night's Whoosier Network meeting was very fun. Unfortunately, the place we planned to go to afterwards closed at 10 on a Friday night (WTF is up with that?) so we ended up at O'Charleys. The food was okay but the service sucked and they ran out of tea after my second glass. Much suck there.
Saturday we all got together and went to see "The Watchmen". It was amazing. I really enjoyed it and can't wait to read the book & then see it again. After the film we ran some errands and then went to the CoJ meeting. After the meeting we had to go to Saraga rather than the after dinner. That went very well.
Sunday morning I went out shooting with friendstephen. I was totally full of teh suck but still had a great time overall. After that we came back to my place for lunch with beldar. Then we watched some stuff on the DVR ("Flight of the Conchords" & "Look Around You") and then beldar & I went to TotS to see "Dog Sees God". It was great. Hilarious telling of what happened to the Peanuts characters in their teen years. Definitely worth seeing if you're in the area. The cast is amazing and never misses a beat. So go and see if you were right about what was really going on with these kids all along.
