(no subject)
Short posting now. First of all, it appears that indeed Bright House is losing a customer. As of this morning, we no longer have CBS. We will likely spend all of our free time this weekend clearing off our DVR so that we don't lose anything important when we switch over to AT&T.
Things are good at work. Yesterday evening we ran a few errands. I finally bought the Fiona wig that I had planned to get last year but never did. Now I can do the costume again. I also picked up some lavender oil at Michael's so I could see if it helped with my itching. I'm happy to report that it did somewhat. It does allay the itching but the effects only seem to last about 4-6 hours or so. Plus the jeans I have on are boot cut (that was the only style they had when I go them) so when they swing against my legs as I walk it just irritates the itching more. Still, it does work better than anything else I've ever tried so I'm thankful to anjala for the advice.
Oh, just to let you know, I bought a lavender oil blend specifically for soap making so it didn't have to be blended with the vegetable oil like the essential oil does. I did get some of the essential oil though, and will try it as a blend over the weekend.
Oh yeah, I've been meaning to talk about this for a while but usually forget since other things come up. The is an asshole who parks his car one car-length away from the stoplight that we turn at each morning. The car is on and he's just sitting there but it's really damned annoying. I don't know if we have any legal recourse to make him move but it really pisses me off when he's there and I just needed to vent about it.
Not much else to say today. Tonight is the Whoosier Network meeting. I'm picking up astria after work to make sure he gets there this month. Tomorrow is "The Sound of Music" at Beef & Boards and Sunday is still a bit foggy.
Oh yeah, I almost forgot. It's LJ Idol voting time again. In an effort to not play favorites amongst my numerous friends competing, I am only asking you to please vote for beldar this week. Due to the high numbers, they are broken down into tribes again. Again, he's in tribe #5.
