I finished reading "The Wolfman" by Nicholas Pekearo yesterday. That book broke my heart. It's a good story and very well written. It was supposed to be the first book in a series and the story kicks the ass of the Dresden Files (which I do like a lot). However, the author was killed in the line of duty (he was a volunteer police officer in New York) and there won't be any more books in the series. It's such a shame because the story was well written and engaging. I highly recommend it to anyone out there looking for a good read. Especially since it's now October.
Speaking of October and Halloween, I thought I'd share with you that
this is my current wallpaper at work. Everyone else loves it and it's deliciously amazing.
I forgot to tell you yesterday that I scored a 3.0 on my Coumadin test on Monday. That is the top of the scale of where I should be. Yea! it looks like we might have found to right equation to keep me on course.
Not much else to really say right now. We're closing up the month at work so I'll be very busy until Monday. I hope you're all doing well out there.
TTFN!
