(no subject)
Well, this weekend went very nicely. We cleared pretty much everything off of our DVR that had been piling up except for "Jericho" We now have 7 weeks of it to watch so that will probably happen sometime this coming weekend.
On Saturday, since the weather was so beautiful, we decided to walk around the neighborhood. We were able to check out a few new shops and look in on several ones that had expanded or changed. At the antique mall near our house, we found a child's jigsaw. It said "safe and fun" on it but since it didn't have any guides or seem to have any safety stop mechanism I doubt that it was that safe. Still, it was there.
We had to cut our walking time short a bit because my knee started hurting. I guess I'm going to have to have that looked at by the doctor next time I'm in there.
We managed to do a small bit of cleaning around the house and got the closets transferred so that now we don't have winter clothes filling them.
Tonight will be filled with laundry and tomorrow night we are going out with veronica_rich to see a preview of "Shrek the Third".
I keep forgetting to ask but is there anyone around here who is interested in going to see the Fever game on Friday July the 20th? Our church's choir will be performing so we have a block of tickets available for $10.00 each. While this is a very good price for just a ticket, for that fee you also get a free T-shirt, small hot dog, bag of chips and small pepsi as well. Now that's a great deal! So if anyone in the area is interested, let me know and I will get you tickets.
