(no subject)
You know I checked my mail all day yesterday wondering why nobody was commenting and then realised last night that I never posted. Anyway, things are good in my life right now. We saw the Kid's Play production of "Hospital" Tuesday night. It was really cute. Last night we just hung around the house and watched TV (which is pretty much our plan for tonight as well).
I hope everyone who could voted on Tuesday. It would seem that a lot of people did and that we are headed for a new and interesting chapter in our government now.
BTW, on "Ellen" they had a small election of Cats vs. Dogs. I was really surprised by the results. Therefore, I'd like to try this out myself. Here we go:

Oh yeah, I had some weird dreams last night.
In the first one I got kicked out of the Girl Scouts. I was at an awards banquet of some sort and my glass was empty so I went to refill it. The way was blocked by two women sitting at another table. They refused to move so that I could get past them. I stood there for a while and then held up the empty glass and signaled to them and still they wouldn't move. Then someone went behind me and roughly hit me which sent the glass flying out of my hand and it grazed the top of one of their heads. Well, they threw a fit and I ran up to get something to drink when the head of the organization ran up to me and threw a huge glass of ice on me. I tried to throw one back at her but missed totally (even in my dreams I throw for crap). I didn't hit anyone but she had be forceably removed and threw me out of the scouts. This wouldn't have been so bad but there were some shortcuts and trails in the park that were technically their property and now I wasn't allowed to use them.
Later I decided that one of the shortcuts which went under the mall was not actually theirs but predated their discovery of it so I used that one. I also had a moment where my vertigo wasn't so bad so I did some stuff I wouldn't normally have been able to do. There was another part with a brother & sister and her dressing all slutty (I think he was my date to the banquet and we couldn't leave until she dressed properly).
Then later I dreamt I was at GenCon but it was being held in the hallways of a shopping mall. I was wandering around a bit cathing up again with those people I've known there for years but only see there. Then at one point I fought and captured one of the exhibiters and carried her around in my arms. I made sure she held her game out so that she could show it off as I carried her around. We checked in with various people and she cought up with some people she knew that I didn't.
Later on we were on the other side of the mall and I was wanting to ride this train ride (there were all sorts of rides in this area). I was about to be next when they discovered they were out of grease and didn't know how to replace it. They were trying to call the person in charge of all mechanical things at the con but didn't have a phone. I went off to find one and looked at a few booths on the way. I remember craving fruit and finding this stand that looked like a farmers market and was covered in yummy looking fruit but when I got up to it they only sold candy. No healthy food was to be found anywhere. I was finally about to get through to the person on the phone when I woke up.
It's been a while since I've had intense dreams like these especially ones that were this connected so I thought I'd mention it.
