Been kinda wondering what to do with this, since the Twitter-Rag got nuked. Not feeling like I wanna give up on the attached LJ, what with having put about 5 years into the thing.

Much to ponder.

This has nothing to do with the tabloid's new editor, who is the Son of Satan personified, but more to do with that goofball who actually writes it. It's kind of a given that as a tabloid we're gonna print some things that don't necessarily put a smile on people's faces. However, the problem with having such a presence is from time to time we'll print something that someone may think is about them but actually isn't.

Sometimes get the impression that our readers forget that the writers of the Blue Bird Tabloid have RP accounts. Just because the paper isn't being updated with news and commentaries and giggle inducing stuff doesn't mean we're gone. In the grand scheme of things it is not our responsibility to know who writes what accounts. It can be handy at times, if the writer of an account decides to be that open and trusting, but ultimately we don't much care. Lately we've only been posting RP news and there's a reason for that. Full multiverse news involved news from the so called real world but we largely only do that when we're logged in with our mobile device ( Read more... )

So the paper on twitter does not favorite tweets list most twits do. What we do favorite are reponses to our articles. Not just general RTs, unless some commentary along with it catches our eye. Also random comments to the paper, any mention of "The Daily Rag" as many people not following us use this as a general term for a bunch of random RL ( Read more... )
