HEY GUYS GUESS WHERE I AM
MILWAUKEE! IN THE MIAD DORMS!
So far it's proving pretty exciting. Turns out I have 5 other suitemates (my original prediction, although I'm supposed to have 7 others but two of them haven't shown up) and so far they're all really nice. My roommate and I seem to be a good match. We (my suite) all ran out in the rain to the cafeteria, it was freezing and really wet but it was fun.
Driving to get here was a pain in the butt, especially since it rained 3/5 of the way there. And it took SO EFFING LONG. I was dying. And Alpha the Betta was quite unhappy. x3 But we made it. Moving in/setting up was fairly painless.
I'm still worried that I won't make any good friends, though, since I'm such an introvert. *die* Other than my suitemates, I haven't met anyone else on my floor. Of course, I don't think they have, either, but still. I'm really anxious on that front.
Oh my god, it's 8:00 and it feels like it's 10:00... ughhhhhh... D:
But yeah. Just thought I'd update and let you know I'm alive and well. :)
