sigh...
well... the coug tank gave out on me this weekend. i was mildly pissed about the matter but at the same time i was really cool with it because it meant that i can get a new car now. i was driving up to louisville to see my wonderful loving girlfriend. just a routine weekly trip until i look down and notice the engine temperature. its like off the scale. its so hot that the needle is going past the red zone and it has this thing that keeps it from going too far... well it was up against that. so i was like whoa man. i pulled over at lj which is a town abousts 20 miles here and put some water into my car. 2 supersize cups of the nature. and then i go on my way. it seemed i fixed the problem. the temp was back down in the normal area for like 10 miles and then it started doing it again but this time there was nothing close to me so i was like i need to pull over maybe and just let it cool down. so as im half way into the e-lane the coug shuts off and wont restart.... but i have good friends like leon who are willing to come get me and finish my drive up there. he dropped me off and i stayed the weekend until dirt came and got me today. i had to be at work at 5 and he came to get me at 4. and thats at least an hour drive from there to work plus the time it takes to stop by my house so i can change. feeling strapped for time we(and by that i mean dirt, deno, steve, and myself) went to taco bell and ate for about 30 minutes. afterwards we drove about 15 minutes out of the way to go see my new apartment. (sorry if youre reading this leon) its a pretty slick place and im stoked about moving in. so then we got back on the road to etown where we had to pick up some supplies before i went to work. dirt let me drive back and we made it in about 30 minutes..... needless to say we werent doing anything close to the speed limit.
this weekend with stace was kind of a bummer. she got really stressed about school and crap and she was in a bad mood all weekend except for when we ate. it was making me a bit mad how i come up there for the weekend and she was in a bad mood and so we didnt do anything. she did homework and i sat and played halo while she did. not too eventful. we did take 2 nice walks to try to ease her mind which, needless to say, didnt work...
work was hectic tonight. we were super busy and i had like 10 orders for the longest time and as soon as id serve one we would get another. and if youre reading this and work at the dicks then you might be thinking..."10 orders? i dont think so" but i shit you not. and as soon as i got to work i had to work with a manager named andrew. i literally can not stand this guy at all. and i got there and hes all like youre in charge of the grill and then just left. oh but i did find out that i got a promotion.. super sweet. when do i get a raise for that leon?
well listen guys, if youve read this then you are one sad fuck. a truly bored or caring person. im thinking maybe i should get some sleep though. im not sure or anything.... it just sounds like a good idea. it is 5 o'clock or 5 on the clock. hollar knigs
