my birthday is officially over. at least i had to chance to celebrate it multiple times. on my actual birthday aliya and zahra took me on a surprise trip to go mini-golfing <3. went to ikea last saturday and picked out some new furniture but my family was really pissing me off at times. and we didnt get to actually but anything. but, soon. my dad was saying we'll have to make multiple trips to ikea to pick up the furniture, and that we should do it by room. gee, i just wonder who's room will go first. forget the fact that ive been wanting to do this for years. and that liz has her own room that she can do whatever she wants with at college. and is barely ever in her room or in our house for that matter. but i just know that her room is gonna come first. ergh. thats just the way it works.
monday was amazing because i have the best most amazing friends anyone could ever hopeful. jessie, aliya, sundeep, rachel, and melissa made my day. and thank you all for the gifts and the surprise and the fun. i'm such a sap. and thanks to kacey and zahra for attemtping to be there. /calling because you couldnt.
last night was STELLA <3333333333333333333333333333 and kacey slept over <333 and watching stella (which met all my high expectations) would not have been the same without her. neither would watching a vh1 show about the backstreet boys have been. and her presence preevented me from getting pissed off by mi madre.
today. today was by far one of the best most memorable experiences of my life.

tim curry was amazing. and david hyde pierce had an amazing voice out of nowhere. he's no longer niles crane to me. it was awesome. oh gosh. i got a shirt. FETCHEZ LA VACHE! eep. and i have tons of pictures to post but i'm on liz's computer and it just seems too complicated.
i'm embracing my dorkiness and obsessions. i want the spamalot soundtrack and i am not ashamed. i am completely infatuated with ED and stella. i set my alarm on weekdays so that i dont sleep through ed. truly pathetic. but i dont care.thoughts of rocky horror and monty python make me ridiculousy happy. i LOVED National Treasure. i find balloons relentlessly entertaining.
so far, the summer of aliya, jen, and zahra is off to a most wonderful start. regardless of having no vacation (particularly one without my mom) in sight. same with having a way of seeing rocky horror in theater. but, tomorrow i'm hanging out with aliya and zahra. sunday is isa's party. monday is possibly seeing zahra play...erm...that instrument that she plays.
this was extremely long and extremely boring and i apologize.
