W/r/t fisticuffs: I'll take Foley, on account of him being an admitted alkie. I think after a quart or two of vodka, Foley would go fucking mad-dog crazy on his ass & not only that, but he would be unstoppable as a result of having been rendered temporarily insensible to pain by drink.

I believe Lockehart to be the victor.
Such criminals would prefer to keep such behavior as a bit of a secret.
In the end, something like this tends to end up getting noticed.
As demonstrated by the image with Foley, the man and his camp are having great difficulty with getting anything right.
Lockehart, on the other hand, was able to evade capture for some time.
Both are twisted. I believe Lockehart to be the more clever.
