Callum Keith Rennie: Ah. It's- it's just a lot of pressure. But, uh. You know. I get by with it. Uhm. I don't- what kind of question is that? That's...

It's so strange seeing him in an E!Online sort of deal. What with the peppy music in the background while they're discussing potential emotional baggage resulting from his roles, and the whole DID/family tortured and killed deal. Not exactly subject matter that E's too used to, methinks ;P

He's got the Wayne's World hair. I've got good hair. And an excellent hat.

At least he's proud of that pretty, pretty hair. Thanks so much for sharing this!

It is, isn't it? The whole thing is all snappy and peppy. Weird.

At least he's proud of that pretty, pretty hair.
And the HAT. Don't forget the HAT! *g*

Me neither! And honest, I don't care too much where I will see it. But on the big screen... yeah, that would be nice. *dreams*

I feel that way about the clips I've seen for publicity on Hardcore Logo from Canadian entertainment shows. Hosts that look like someone's mom, with a bob and a little cardigan, chirping about Hugh Dillon, particularly. How unsettling.

Yes! I recall one particularly unenjoyable interview about Flower & Garnet. The director of the film (name? I'm drawing a blank) and Callum were on some show with this woman who maybe addressed Callum like...twice? He was just sitting there the entire time, and the only questions she posed to him were done in a way that was *completely* socially awkward.

You mean this one. I honestly don't get why everyone seems to hate her. I really think they had some kind of agreement, like, to not involve Callum too much. I think he looks like he actually likes her. So... yeah. It's weird. I remember hating her too when I saw that interview for the first time. And now I don't understand anymore why I did. Weird.

I like her too. It's nice to see an interviewer who's not a size 2 bubbly blonde (not that there's anything wrong with being a size 2 bubbly blonde), and Callum seemed to respond to her pretty well, he seemed relaxed around her and not annoyed at all, so there's hope for all of us dumpy intellectual chicks.

Exactly. He didn't seemed annoyed, for some reason people seem to think he was. And yeah, she isn't really the prettiest of TV show hosts ever, but damn, she knows what she's doing.

That was quick! Thanks again &hearts

Still uber-twitchy - while relaxed though. Paradoxical guy!
but also sounds more articulate than usual?

Interesting to note that the e!online guy sees him as a sex symbol...
and Paul Gross as heavy stuff!

I've got good hair
that is a good thing and we approve
doesn't that ring like he's been hanging around LJ some :o ?
If so: please, do keep on with the good hair! and hats are good too, specially cowboy hats!

I just love that interview!

Paradoxical guy!
Ha! Indeed. And pretty damn cute too. *g*

I think that might actually be the snappy editing. And, well, he answers, like, three questions? So, well.

Ha! Yeah, the logic is kind of... yeah. I also have the suspicion that they haven't ever heard of Due South. Kids these days...

Uhm. Yeah. Now that you mention it. There was a lot of worry about his hair after the first pictures of Paul showed up. *suspicious now* And yes, cowboy hats are awesome. *wants pictures NOW*
