Truska, the bearded lady, is going to be played by Salma Hayek. Yes, that Salma Hayek. Wow.

Ken Watanabe has also signed up to play the one and only Mr Tall. Some more excellent news, since he's a great actor, although I must admit that I never actually saw Mr Tall as Japanese.

Filming is set to begin next month. It can't happen soon enough, as far as I'm concerned.
