Weekends are hot. Three-day weends are even hotter. Three-day weekends with your bestest friends--now, that's steaming!
Friday was the grand old usual...took the English final, ditched Euro like every other day and went running with my wetsuit under my clothes thinking it'd help me sweat more. Who was I kidding, it was scorching hot. Fe and I ran around Fairview and then back home and finally jumped in the pool. Ah, that was the best. After burning all that fat, we gained it back at Chipotle. Their burritos are monstrous and ooh soo good. Mm.. I want another one right now. Following was some Egyptian War and aestethically pleasing sounds from our all-too famous, unanimously superior school orchestra. They were all so beautiful while passionately stringing their instruments. It was magnificent. I'm so honored to have friends in Orchestra. My favorite piece was Incantations. Ah, so intense. so beautiful. Don't I sound like a classical music fiend? No, not really.
Saturday- another run with Fe. We are work-out fantatics. Next thing you know we'll be winning marathons. I wish. So after I came back from my run, there was a plumber at my house. And to my dismay, there was no running water. Nope, not a single drop. And there I was practically hailing sweat and in despearate need of a shower. So I jumped in the pool. It made a great cool off except I can only handle the cold water for so long and it was a bit awkward because the plumber was there. Yes, I like to swim alone. Later I saw Crash with Nick. That movie is breathtaking. No, really. so good and so true in every way. I love it so much. Oh and what makes it even better is that my grandma's store is filmed in it. So now I'm famous. Yes, but never did I think I'd gain my fame through a forty second clip taken from a movie that just so happened to take place right in front of my grandma's little gift shop in chinatown.
Sunday- Dim sum with family because Papa insists that I eat as much Asian foods because I will not get the chance when I'm in college. Riight. Well, Dim Sum isn't very vegetarian friendly so that wasn't very comforting. But the day progressed..went to borders and then islands for their chips and salsa! Books and food- my two favorite things in the world...next to hair ties and frozen bananas.
Memorial day bbq at Terry's tomorrow or perhaps a trip to the beach? Either way, I'm still stuck with an econ, english and orb project. Teachers do me well. Thanks a lot.
Okay, so these posts are almost pointless but I write them for the few to none devoted lj-commenters. I love you all.
