Well Joe didn't even flinch when I told him what was up. We were sleeping on the couch, the phone rang and woke me up. I missed the first phone call by a few seconds. I told him about Jim calling and that he wanted me to sign him out and why. Besides the obvious fact he doesn't want to be there and he offered to drive even though our truck probably won't make it out there and then fell back asleep. So yeah.
I'm going with Becky Monday morning to get it done. We're going to remove all the beer and booze from Fran's, he won't be able to drive because Fran's always driving the truck now due to the problem with her car, and sadly he's not going to be able to leave the state for Josh's reunion. 1) Because it looks like the car is full now (Ashley, Jack, Tamara, and me) and more importantly 2) he can NOT break bond so he can't leave the state.
But I'll get him out of jail for now and between me and Becky we'll make sure he gets to court.
OH and an off topic note: DO NOT GO TO SEE CLOVERFIELD! It's got that Blair Witch camera shit going on and a god awful camera man.
