"Personal Media" Blog: FMyLife

You know you've had them. Those moments when everything just goes spectacularly wrong. Perhaps your good deed is returned with a odd look, or maybe your not-so-innocent deeds get seen. What do you say when it happens? "Fuck my life." And, just to make you feel better, now there is a website where you can read about the times when other people have messed up in stupider, funnier and more cringeworthy ways. www.fmylife.com is schadenfreude at it's best. The posts range from sad enough: "Today, I was running by a school and saw that a deer had caught his antlers in the fence. I felt bad for it so I tried to help it free. Finally, he became unstuck. Then he rammed his antlers into my hip. Now I can't run in the marathon I have been training for a year to race in. FML" to risque: "Today, I was doing a strip tease for my husband. He asked me to stop. FML" to the ridiculous things that haunt your subconscious, because they truly can happen to anyone: "Today, I kneeled down to tie my shoe and sneezed, nailing my face off of my knee and breaking my nose. FML" Users can even rate the (mostly) anonymous posts, on a scale of "I agree, your life is f***ed" or "You deserved that." If you ever need a pickup after your own life seems to be going messy, fmylife is just the right place to go.
