First of all, I'm delighted to say that my grandmother successfully came through her surgery today & is now in intensive care. Obviously she's still at risk, but to hear she survived the operation itself is a huge relief. Thanks very much to everyone for their kind wishes of late! *hugs you all

On the non-cable side, I've not heard great things about the Pipex service department...apparently if it don't work then you're on your own fixing it! Other than that, I really couldn't say!
