YAY food!

so i took a cooking class last night called "Mamma Mia!"
all Italian cooking.. *yumm*

made 4 dishes:

1. Veal Saltimbocca
2. Veal Piccata
3. Wild Mushroom Risotto
4. Eggplant Cannelloni with Roasted Tomato Sauce (from scratch!)

FAN-tastic!
and we got to bring it all home too
