4 miles has never taken so dam long to run (46:22 min) so i'm driving along after practice when my right calf tightens up AGAIN. it tightens up so bad my whole foot is coiled in my pathetic attempt to make the pain stop. That wouldn't be a big deal if i didn't have to stop at an upcoming red light while going 45mph....
*one for the suggestion box: a cool down in track is NOT a 45min hill-repeat run.
