'Now then, let’s talk about gloves.  Yes…  You can buy some lovely leather gloves these days and they do feel wonderful.  Problem is the bee stings get stuck in them and stay there so you’ll be left with a pair of gloves full of partially discharged stingers.  So I use marigolds, instead.  They’re wonderfully cheap, you see, and you can get them anywhere.  These ones are from Boots and they’re a lovely blue colour.  Then you can wear these surgical gloves over the top like this, nice as nice.  Yes?'

'Yes, I’ve dislocated both of my thumbs taking them off because… Well, I’m a bit of a dasher you see, and when I pull… Well, when I’ve pulled them off I’ve actually dislocated my thumbs.'
