Found myself frustrated at training last night. Almost to the point of chucking it in permanently. Then I started thinking to myself on the way to Mel's last night....If this was a weight's excercise you were trying to master, how would you tackle it? I'd first work out what the major muscles in the movement were and t...rain those. Second I'd work out what muscles supported that movement, and I'd train those too.
