Endgame
Well, that was something else. The weather was great and my feet stayed dry the whole weekend. My laws got accepted and nobody was really too upset about them. The few political incidents were relativly minor compared to the ones we have had in the past.
It was so strange to be playing my character and feel happy at the same time. Not victorious or triumphant, but actually happy. I would never have imagined having this conversation in Endgame:
Preacher: [walking into David's from the pouring rain] "Isn't it a beautiful day? I feel great! How are you?"
Helen: "I'm..." [looks around, surprised] "I'm great! Last night was great, today is great, I feel great!"
[Both grinning like idiots]
I saw some things that I think we can work on at the next practice, which I will try to find time for before the next game.
