for the last six months to 1 year I've been doing that "shut myself away from the whole world" thing that I keep doing every five years or so. Sorry for ignoring everyone, I am only just starting to come out of it now and even thyping this short bit of text is very difficult for me to do. apologies for bat spelling and grammar, if i try and correct it I might end up deleting the whole thing.
