Today's goal

Yesterday I actually ate healthy!! Wowzers!

Today-
Eat ONLY my lunch (Don't steal other people's foods you binging doof)
Binge from 3-4 PM
Eat salad for dinner

Do-able. I have to allow the binge or else it will surprise me. It's sad, I've already planned this binge out.
